We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Tech Active Sourcing Specialist to join our ambitious international dream team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

What will you do?

• You are well versed in using innovative sourcing channels to identify potential candidates with technology background.
• You reach potential candidates through a professional an targeted direct approach (personalized, fast, focused).
• You screen potential candidates with the initial screening call and you are a great motivator with a positive attitude and a winning personality.
• You are a professional sparring partner for hiring managers and/or the responsible HRBPs throughout the whole recruitment process and work closely with them to identify the needs of each position.
• You build sustainable networks and relationships (via Internet platforms, peers and internal referrals, events) to identify potential candidates.
• You strive to develop new ways of addressing candidates: film and video, social media, mobile/apps, chats.
• You stay current on external recruiting and hiring trends to influence sourcing, candidate selection, and company targeting.
• You build a long-term pool of talent while complying with legal requirements and keep the internal databases up to date.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in human resources management, business, or a related field.
• Substantial experience as recruiter and in active sourcing, with significant experience in addressing candidates directly for a broad range of tech related functions.
• Solid research experience / active sourcing (routine use of research tools or databases, such as LinkedIn).
• Winning personality with a strong customer and service orientation.
• You enjoy to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Self- starter and hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English as the role has an international scope.
