Agile Team Facilitator / Scrum Master (f/m/d)

Job description

As Agile Team Facilitator, ​you build self-organizing teams able to work in complex environment. You help the teams and individuals to continuously improve their way of working.

You´ll be part of an agile team. So if If you like to listen, provide support and ask for help when you need it, you can always count on them. We love sharing and continuous learning.

Your key tasks include

  • Work with teams to apply the best suitable methodology, practices and frameworks​
  • Ensure effective facilitation and moderation for team events​, processes and collaboration​
  • Regularly inspect and adapt the processes​
  • Influence healthy team culture by being a role model for agile values and principles​
  • Perform regular health checks​
  • Monitor team dynamics and reflect outstanding issues
  • Support cross-team/location initiatives and projects​
  • Close collaboration with other agile teams and stakeholders​ to deliver value
  • Constantly develop your skills and share knowledge​
  • Promote feedback culture


  • Encourage teams to live agile values and principles​
  • Support teams to follow the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.​
  • Help team to become high performance teams​
  • Accountable that impediments are solved​
  • Foster self-organization and self-responsibility within teams​
  • Promote transparency



  • At least 3 years of experience with different frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
  • Experience in agile transformation of teams and organizations - nice to have
  • Ability to work self-responsible and self-organized
  • Good communication skills and experience with moderation, coaching and conflict management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
