What's this role about:

Collaboration is a key factor in an international company with stores in more than 30 countries, 11 locations around Europe and more than 700 employees with 50 nationalities. We are creating a team to be focused on this topic, keeping and improving our awesome collaboration culture throughout this continuous growth. The IT Team, with more than 180 ninjas, is distributed among 4 locations in Europe and work in a full agile environment following a continuous delivery philosophy. The continuous improvement is one of our core values so we want to help them to achieve the next maturity stages. Business colleagues have an extraordinary eCommerce mastery and work very close and aligned with these distributed development teams sharing with them information, requirements and goals.

What you will be responsible for:

These are the main tasks and responsibilities which you have to do in this role: 

  • Collaborate closely with users understanding their business and technical requirements and having a user centric mindset
  • Create a training plan for all organization taking into account we have different kinds of users and needs
  • Help the Team Lead to establish the strategy and roadmap of collaboration tools
  • Operate Atlassian tools. Currently Jira Software, Jira Portfolio, Jira Service Desk, Confluence and Slack
  • Monitor the tools and carry out performance improvements
  • Customize Atlassian tools to cover the needs of the users
  • Carry out mid-term projects like move to cloud (AWS)

Requirements

  • You are open-minded, aligned to business needs and solution-oriented
  • You like to work in cross-functional team
  • You are familiar with processes, can understand the needs of the users and help them to improve the way they are working
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus) We know you are going to improve this skill very fast so we do not ask for a bilingual level, you only need to communicate properly with your workmates

Desired:

  • Deep Atlassian knowledge, at least three years of Atlassian admin experience
  • Cloud knowledge. Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Understanding of applications lifecycle
  • Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
  • Monitoring and experience improving the performance
