The zooplus team currently consists of more than 750 interdisciplinary specialists and managers from more than 50 countries who work at 18 international sites in the Sales & Marketing, IT, Operations and Administration departments. As a Direct Marketing Manager your tasks will include:

  • Oversee all aspects of direct marketing from inception to the delivery and analyze of direct campaigns.
  • Planning manual and automated newsletters, product selection, mailing creation & banner briefing​.
  • Analysis of mailing KPIs and ongoing mailing optimization, A/B testing.
  • Local implementation of specific topics e.g. loyalty programs, customer survey​ including effectiveness analysis.
  • Data analysis to create new campaigns.
  • Applying customer segmentation for targeted activities​.
  • Management of off-line direct marketing activities: e.g. print mailings.
  • Development of new elements / e-mailing concept with Content team (e.g. videos, content, images, promotion mechanism)​.
  • Monitoring best practice & introducing new ideas, including business cases.
  • Alignment with Logistics department & CC and forecasting impact of activities.
  • Alignment with other local DM-Managers / best practice sharing across countries​.
  • Actively usage, understanding and extracting actionable insights from CRM tools, metrics, KPI`s and reporting produced by the company.
  • Coordinate and monitor all local Direct Marketing activities, including team supervision.


  • Graduate degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (Marketing, Business…)
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar digital marketing/e-Commerce environment.
  • Technical expertise for CRM tools and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Analytical skillset.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commercial skills & creativity
  • Broad Marketing knowledge
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • English at working language level.
