As People & Organisational Development Specialist you will be actively involved in all kinds of people and organizational development topics including the organization of trainings (internally and externally), facilitation of workshops and topics on organizational transformation. Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Support in the further development of existing and implementation of future-oriented personnel development instruments.
  • Drive our strategic projects and initiatives further e.g. introduction of LMS, cultural development, feedback, employee engagement.
  • Organisation of central and international trainings.
  • Organise & facilitate workshops for team developments.
  • Coordinate employee-focused initiatives across an international level
  • Administration of measures and implementation of the associated controlling.
  • Implementation of regular employee surveys.
  • Contact person for employees for further education and training.
  • Participation in people and organizational development-specific projects.
  • Facilitate internal webinars and workshops on your own.
  • Manage external training vendors.
  • Collaborate with team members in central and local HR teams to define and develop learning solutions.
  • Own the local performance & development process.
  • Anticipate and incorporate up-to-date learning trends and technologies.

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • A degree, or similar, in a business-related field of studies with focus on Psychology, Coaching & Training or Educational Science, or similar.
  • Solid experience in Learning / Talent Development or similar, preferably in an international organization / set up.
  • You distinguish yourself through strong conceptional skills, but you are also able to show your strengths in operational work.
  • First experience in facilitating trainings and workshops on your own.
  • Knowledge in Workshop Concepts and Methodology.
  • Strong interpersonal/consulting skills.
  • Energetic and flexible approach to work, able to adapt to changes quickly and work independently.
  • Pro-active and results-oriented person.
  • Good process and project management skills.
  • Experience in working with LMS.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools.
  • Fluent communication and writing skills in English, other languages are a plus.
